My name is Connor Dawkins, I’ve been a client for YCM for over a year. I enjoy going bowling with Brandon and other mentors. I’m always up for a challenge but I don’t mind if I win or lose. I’m there to have fun with my mentors.

As a support coordinator, I find YCM easy to work with. They go above and beyond to find the right fit for my clients and provide exceptional care. They are very flexible and happy to work with and support clients based on individual needs. Dave and the team do a great job at keeping me up to date with what’s going on and I’ve only ever had positive feedback from my clients who work with YCM.

What can I say, Jessica ,but YCM have always been approachable and willing to provide Support for my sister Elaina. Actually YCM provided excellent services during Elaina's cancer treatment. Due to Elaina's personality and behaviour she requested only one S.W. Jess attend those daily appointments during each week as her Support. YCM David and Mikaela ensured this was available over a two week period. Unfortunately, at the time I was unaware how much work and stress this request involved for YCM and other clients!! I was very grateful this service was available and within reason continues to be provided when required! YCM has been fantastic with my requests for Support for my sister. YCM Support Workers are my sister's favourite S.W.'s as they are always very pleasant and helpful. YCM S.W.'s are reliable to ensure Elaina attends her appointments and booking follow up appointments. YCM are great as I can rely on my requests to be provided for my sister. I live in Qld. So it’s a relief that YCM are provider's for my sister's wellbeing. A very happy NDIS Plan Nominee on behalf of my sister Elaina Hull. Who also reports she is very happy with Jess and Anita. Dave and the team do a great job at keeping me up to date with what’s going on and I’ve only ever had positive feedback from my clients who work with YCM.

Dave is a very easy to speak with and his heart and soul is with making the clients feel supported and understood. He matched me with the best Mentor. My Mentor is so easy to get along with it is like I have known him for years. I have found trust in my Mentor (something hard for me), and in a short time developing a strong bond whereby he has challenged me. I’m now able to work on my Goals with the team at YCM. Thank you

In my experience, Your Choice Matters and their amazing staff are absolutely first class when it comes to delivering disability support services. The office crew have this uncanny ability to solve my problems simply and seamlessly.. honestly, they make it look easy! Compared to previous providers, YCM runs like a well-oiled machine: professional to the core, yet always friendly, approachable, and genuinely caring. A special shout-out to Ben and Maddy, they are absolute legends, always a pleasure to chat with. And of course, I know you’re quietly steering the ship in the background, Dave, from a client’s perspective, very impressive work, mate! Now, let me talk about the real superhero of my story.. Beck! She’s incredible at supporting me through all sorts of situations, including the tricky ones. What makes her stand out is the way she encourages me to think about what I want, and then backs me all the way to make it happen. She’s not just supportive, she’s inspiring and yes, Beck, you officially have superhero status in my book! 🦸‍♀️ I’ve worked with other providers in the past, but honestly, YCM and their team are truly elite. Simple as that. And by now, you can tell I’m not a bot, I’m just a very happy client who’s more than happy to give my word on it.
